Want to build something with us?
We build AI that businesses actually use day to day. Chatbots that answer from a company's own documents. Tools that read invoices and forms so nobody has to type them out. Systems that take a boring, repetitive job and just… do it. Have a look around what we do to get a feel for it.
The honest bit about money, up front
There's no stipend. This is a commission-only role — you earn a share of the revenue you bring in, and nothing if you don't bring any. We'd rather tell you that in the first paragraph than let you find out later.
We agree your share in writing before you start working on anything, so you always know exactly what a deal is worth to you. No surprises at the end.
This is a good fit if you want to try the business side of a startup with real ownership, and you're not depending on a monthly income right now. If you do need a salary, that's a completely fair reason to say no — and no hard feelings.
You don't need to be both a developer and a salesperson
Two very different people do well here, and most candidates are one or the other. That's completely fine — pick the route that matches what you're actually good at.
If you're more of a people person: you find the businesses, we build the software. You never have to write a line of code.
If you'd rather write code: you build a product, we help you shape it and put it live on our site. You never have to make a cold call.
How you earn
- Route 1 · No coding needed Bring in a client You find a business with a problem we can solve, you introduce them, they sign and pay — you get your agreed share of the project value once the money reaches us.
- Route 2 · For coders Build something we can sell If you create a product under our umbrella and people pay for it, you earn a share of what it makes, for as long as it keeps making it.
- Route 3 · Either Your own idea If you spot a way to make money that we haven't thought of, pitch it. We're genuinely open.
What we give you
If you're building — your own page on our site
Whatever you build gets a real home on our site — your own page, with your product on it. Your idea, your design, your pitch, your landing page. We'll review anything before it goes live so nothing breaks the main site, but what goes on your page is yours to decide.
A live product on a company domain is worth considerably more in an interview than a repo nobody visits. And if it makes money, you get paid for it.
If you're selling — a company email and our backing
You'll get a company email address, so when you approach a business you're doing it as Srishti GenAI, not as a student sending a cold message. When a conversation gets technical, you bring us in — you're never expected to answer for how the system works.
Some ideas to get you started
You don't need to land a giant enterprise deal. Small, real projects are where most people will have luck.
If you'd rather sell
- Businesses you can already reach. A family friend's clinic, a tutoring centre, an accounting firm, a real estate office, a small factory. They all drown in repetitive enquiries and paperwork. A WhatsApp or website enquiry bot, or a document-sorting tool, is small, affordable and easy to demo.
- Your own college. Career services screening hundreds of resumes by hand, admissions teams answering the same twenty questions all day — both are solvable, and you already have the introduction.
- Partner with small web and IT agencies. Their clients keep asking for "something with AI" and they can't build it. You bring us in, everyone wins. This is the single highest-hit-rate route.
- Offer a free 30-minute audit. "Let me look at the three most repetitive tasks in your office and show you what could be automated." No selling skill needed — you're just being useful, and it opens the door.
If you'd rather build
- A WhatsApp enquiry bot that answers from a business's own price list, timings and FAQs. Small, genuinely useful, and easy to demo to the next ten businesses like it.
- A document sorter. Point it at a folder of invoices, bills or forms and have it pull out the fields somebody currently retypes by hand.
- A resume screener for college career offices and small HR teams drowning in applications.
- Go local-language. Most polished AI tools assume English. Very few work properly in the language people in your own market actually speak day to day — that gap is wide open almost everywhere.
Good for either
- Build an audience while you learn. Post on LinkedIn about what you're figuring out — what you shipped, or what you learned talking to a business owner. People hire from people they've been reading for months.
What you get either way
Whether or not you earn anything: regular one-to-one time with the founder, a completion certificate, a LinkedIn recommendation that reflects what you actually did, and a live project you can point to. We'll be straight in the recommendation — which is exactly why it'll be worth something.
How to apply
Don't overthink this. A few honest sentences per question beats a polished essay. We read every one of these. If your thinking is good, we'll tell you. If it isn't, we'll tell you that too — and what we'd change.
Answering as a builder? Read "who would you go after" as "who would use what you build", and put most of your effort into the build question. We're reading for how you think, not for sales polish.
